A friend of mine had this on her blog and it really sums up what I have been thinking about since the terrible shooting of 20 small children.
"Be near me, Lord Jesus; I ask Thee to stay by me forever and I love me,
I pray. Bless all the dear children in Thy tender care and fit us for
Heaven to live with Thee there."
I am so thankful for my knowledge of the gospel and that I know that these beautiful children are now with our Heavenly Father. I have really loved just holding my kids longer, kissing them more, playing with them more, and just enjoying them. What a beautiful time of year it is that we get to celebrate the birth of our Savior.
