Summer Fun

The boys got to go to a surf place for mutual.  They both had tons of fun and loved it.  Tony and I got to go to a sealing of a family in our ward.  It was so sweet, and we were glad we were able to be part of it.  Then Josh got to do baptisms for the dead with the youth in the ward and love it, as usual.

New Driveway!

Garth Brooks Concert

Julie had an extra ticket to the Garth Brooks concert, and she asked if wanted to go.  I said, heck yes!  So, we all went out to dinner before and then took Trax up to the U of U stadium.  The concert was amazingly awesome and the only thing that would have made it better is if Tony was there.  It took us forever to get home, but we made it.  I am so glad that I went and maybe next time I will try to get Tony and I tickets because it was that good!

Swim Lessons

We sure do love swim lessons.  Tyler was too big this year, so it was just the three younger kids.  This will probably be the last year for Josh, as well.  He was a little sad about that.  They all did really well.  Allie improved the most this year and it was so nice to see her being brave and trying new things. 

Murray Arts in the Park - Matilda

My mom had tickets to go see Matilda in Murray Park and she invited Megan to go see it with her.  I told her Allie would love to see it too, so all of us girls went together.  It was a super cute show, and we all had a great time.  It started at 8:00 pm and went to about 10:30 and Allie and Megan did so good staying up super late.  We want to go to another show this summer and invite the whole family to come with. Such good fun.

Grandma Camp 2022 & Family BBQ

The girls had a great time at Grandma Camp.  They got to do the usual fun activities. They went on a hike, shot guns and bows and arrows, made a shelf and did other fun things.  They always have such a great time. 

The boys and us went up on Saturday afternoon and had fun four-wheeling while the others finished up Grandma Camp. 

Once they were done, we had a BBQ with all the family.  We all had lots of fun and love spending time with family.

Josh's 6 Grade Graduation

Our Josh graduated the 6th grade.  We can't believe it.  Our last boy to go to elementary school.  He has done such a good job these past few years of school and is really excited for Jr. High.  We are very proud of Josh and what an amazing young man he is becoming.  

Backyard BBQ, 20% Increase Awards, & Parents and Pastries

The weather was so nice, so we ate dinner outside one night.  All the kids have improved in their studies, and all received 20% increase awards in ELA and Math.  I am so proud of them all.  And the school had a Parents and Pastries morning where parents read with their kids before school.  Always a fun event.

Field Day Fun 2022

I helped with Field Day at the elementary.  It was a warm and windy day.  I was lucky and got to sit under a shade and give the kids temporary tattoos.  The kids loved getting tattoos and it was a big hit.  It is fun to help at the school and see my kids in their element.
