We have been having fun this Halloween season. I bought a couple pumpkins for the girls to paint, but one unfortunately went rotten on the porch. With the good one Allie painted a rainbow cat. She originally only painted half of pumpkin so that Megan could pain the other half, but Megan didn't want to do that.
While we helped my parents with some yard work my mom gave Allie a gourd. She decided to paint it like a snowman and put it on the porch.We had fun at the ward trunk-or-treat. I got a car decorating kit this year and that was fun. After the kids went around to all the cars, we all went inside and ate some chili and corn bread. It was a fun night and really got us excited for Halloween.
