Megan's Preschool Program

Megan had a little program for the last day of preschool.  Allie and I dropped her off at her normal time and then went home to do some house work before the program started.
Grandma Margie came to the house to walk over with us to see Megan's program.  We were a little early so we hung out outside the doors waiting to be let in.
When we first got in the room Megan was sitting very nicely on her square.  She was waiting very patiently for all the parents and family to come before the program started.
The kids first started off by singing two super silly and cute songs.  Megan started out strong with the first song but then was kind of zoning out during the first part of the second song, but then seem to bring it back together for the end.  It was kind of funny.
After the songs her teacher, Miss Katelyn, had a little certificate and a packet of questions that each student answered for each student.  She also said something nice about each kid and almost all of them seemed to enjoy being in the spot light.  Megan pretty much picked at her face and played with the eraser tray during her spot light, but that's okay.  Her teacher said Megan was very inquisitive and was really excited to have her back next school year.
After everyone got their spot light and the teachers said a few words, the kids lined up one more time for one last song.  This is the song that they sing at the end of their class on many occasions so Megan knew this one the best (and she sings it at home a lot).  She was so excited to sing and do the actions, it was adorable!
After that it was refreshment time.  Grandma Margie helped the girls get their snacks.  Before Megan got all dirty from the cookies we got a quick picture with her teacher, Miss Katelyn.  We should have gotten one with Ms Janeen too, but we didn't.
Allie was pretty fussy during the program but was very happy with the cookies and juice.  She liked going from her little chair to a little couch they had.  It was a fun little program and I am proud of our little Megan!
