After a disappointing gain at my last weigh-in (like over 3 pounds from two weeks of not tracking or being "good") I recommitted myself and lost 5.4 pounds for a total loss of
30.6 pounds. I am really happy about this. I was hoping to get to the 30 pound mark a couple weeks ago, but I am glad that I am here now. I still really like the program and my next goal will be to loose 40 pounds.
