Josh's 6 Grade Graduation

Our Josh graduated the 6th grade.  We can't believe it.  Our last boy to go to elementary school.  He has done such a good job these past few years of school and is really excited for Jr. High.  We are very proud of Josh and what an amazing young man he is becoming.

Backyard BBQ, 20% Increase Awards, & Parents and Pastries

The weather was so nice, so we ate dinner outside one night.  All the kids have improved in their studies, and all received 20% increase awards in ELA and Math.  I am so proud of them all.  And the school had a Parents and Pastries morning where parents read with their kids before school.  Always a fun event.

Field Day Fun 2022

I helped with Field Day at the elementary.  It was a warm and windy day.  I was lucky and got to sit under a shade and give the kids temporary tattoos.  The kids loved getting tattoos and it was a big hit.  It is fun to help at the school and see my kids in their element.

Megan's Softball Tournament

Megan had her end of season tournament.  Her team was ranked second to last, so we didn't think that her team would go very far.  Boy, were we wrong.  They ended up doing really well.  They won their first game.  Lost their second game, which moved them to the looser bracket.

They then won their third game, which took them to the championship game against the one team they lost to.  They then went on the win that game and ended up being tournament champions.  The girls were all so happy and it was so fun to watch them keep winning and winning.  Megan has loved softball and is excited to play again in the fall.

Allie Makes Room Signs

Allie made signs for all the rooms in the house.  I thought that they were pretty creative!

Josh Goes Repelling

Josh got to go repelling with the young men in our ward.  Tyler had to work, so he couldn't attend.  Josh was scared to try it, but he said he had fun, and he was glad that he tried it.

Spring Fun Activities

We went to the temple to do sealings for my dad's side of the family.  It was a special experience to watch my dad and brother do the work for my grandfather to be sealed to his parents!

Josh got another award at school.  Only a few more weeks of elementary school for him.

My parents had a fiesta for their birthday party, and they had a pinata.  The kids loved hitting it and running to collect the candy.

Tony got us some donuts one Saturday and Megan went with him.

Allie living her best life relaxing in the van while waiting for Megan's softball game to start.

Mother's Day 2022 - Love This Family!

Sister Time Fun

Wendy and Julie came into town for my parents' birthdays and to watch Tyler play baseball.  They stayed at a hotel by the canyon.  We all partied at my parents' house for the birthday fiesta on Sunday.  On Monday my mom and I went walking at the park with Wendy and Julie.  After our walk we picked up my dad and went to lunch up Immigration Canyon.  After lunch, I dropped everyone off and went back home.

Later that night Megan had a softball game and after the game I went up to Wendy and Julie's hotel and we all went out to dinner at a restaurant next to the hotel.  After dinner we went in the hot tub at the hotel.  We got there right at 10:00, when the hot tub was supposed to be closed.  They let us enjoy the hot tub for 20 extra minutes, and it was nice.  I then went home for the night.

On Tuesday we met up for pedicures and then lunch at Cafe Rio.  I then took Julie to Deseret Book for garments while Wendy went to the makeup store.  They had to go back to hotel to work while I went home.  We then all met back up later that night at Tyler's baseball game.  It was a fun game where Tyler played the whole game.  After, us gals went to dinner again and then some more hot tub time.  They left the next morning.  It was super fun hanging out with my sisters!
