Allie's Last Day of Preschool

3 year old preschool is officially over for Allie.  Next year she will be in 4 year old preschool and she will get to go to preschool four days and week (3 hours a day).
She has done so good this year and I am so proud of how independent she has become.  She knows what she is suppose to do and does it so well.  She follows the rules and has many friends.
She did really good in her program (for the most part).  The class sang a song and she did pretty good until the end of the song and then she cried and had to come sit with me.  She cheered up and was able to go up with her teacher to recieve her certificate.  She then cried again when the teacher said she wanted to be a Chef and Allie said she wanted to be a doctor.  Oh good times with a 3 year old.  She then held on to her teachers leg until I went up and got her.
She got over it by the end of the program and was happy to have a drink and cookies.  She was happy that grandma Margie came to watch her program with her mama.  Bring on summer break!

Awards Assembly

The kids had another assembly to celebrate the students who increased their grades by 20% in two different subjects.
Both Tyler and Megan got the 20% increase in both subjects.  Poor Josh did not and was super sad at the end of the assembly.  I told him that he just needed to try a little harder and then next time he would get it too.
Josh's class has had a substitute for most of the year and I don't know how many things were done differently or not as well as if he had his regular teacher.  He liked his substitute and seemed to learn lots, so I guess I can't complain.
Allie and I had a wonderful time seeing the older kids come in and get their awards.  It is always fun to go to the school and see the kiddos.

Megan's Dance Pictures

Megan had her dance pictures and she looked so cute.  I curled her hair, did her makeup and then we were off to the studio for pictures.  She loves to dance and it is really helping her learn to be "sassy".

Allie's Last Day of Speech School

Allie had her last day of speech school.  She struggled at first with participating in speech school but after a few weeks she slowly started talking more and trying to say her sounds.
Next year she will get her speech help in the class room so I will not need to take her to a different school for speech school.

Cute Lunch Dates

Megan had a couple days off of school for end of year testing and we all went to Costco for some grocery's and lunch.  These two girls are definitely the cutest lunch dates ever!

Carnival Fun

The kids always look forward to the end of school carnival.  It was scheduled for a day that rained so they rescheduled it for the next week.  The weather was perfect and the kids had a great time.  Tyler had a baseball practice and I had a meeting so we stayed for about an hour before we left.  Tony stayed back with Allie, Megan, and Josh.  They played for a while longer before having snow cones and going back home.  Good times as usual.

Baseball Fun!!!

We all love going to watch Tyler play baseball and see Tony help coach the team.  Tyler is getting better each week and it is fun to see!

Photo Booth!

Birthday Party at Grandma & Grandpa Clark's

My parent's birthdays are less then a week apart so they had a combined birthday luau party in their backyard.  We had an extra fun treat this year with all the puppies to play with.  Tyler and Josh love the puppies and can't get enough.  Megan and Allie don't really seem to care about them much.
We had a yummy BBQ, a fun photo booth, Hula Hoop challenges, a Pogo Stick competition, and lots of jumping on the trampoline.  After all the activities it was gift time.  I gave my mom and dad their gifts and then I had the kids sing them the song that they are learning in Primary for Mother's Day called, More Than Enough.  Allie didn't want to sing (even though she totally knows the song) so just the three older kids sang.  They did a great job.  Tyler cried while he was singing it, so sweet.  I thought that were simply amazing!
After gifts it was cake and ice cream (none for me).  We all had a great time and we hope that my parents did too.

Puppies!!!

We love playing with Grandma Kim's puppies!!!
